My Beloved Child,

Don’t you know that you can’t focus on two things at once.

You can’t focus on yourself and focus on Me at the same time. Instead of navel gazing, and magnifying what you think, look at Me. Magnify Me. What am I saying? What is My opinion? What do I think?

Allow Me to define you, child. Ask Me for My opinion. Let Me give you My perspective.

I don’t see things the way you do. I don’t do things the way that you do. And I surely don’t talk to you the way you talk to yourself. I see you differently than you see yourself. My words are kind. My ways are gentle.

My voice releases peace. My instructions are filled with grace. My perspective is life giving.

Unlike the accuser who is always critical and lying to you, I desire to encourage you and tell you the truth. I have much to teach you about yourself. I have much to teach you about the ways of love.

My opinion of you is the only one that really matters. What I think about your situation is what counts.

It’s okay that you are right where you are – in need of Wisdom, in need of a Deliver, in need of a Healer, in need of a Provider, in need of a Savior, in need of your Father! Self-reliance is one of the greatest temptations and deceptions of the enemy.

Needing Me is not a sign of weakness, it’s your greatest strength!

Let Me be Me, child. Let me lead you into the truth that sets you free. If you could figure it out without Me, well, that would make you your own God wouldn’t it? Listen. You don’t have to figure anything out. You don’t have to have all the answers.

Just look to Me, child. Look to Me to lead and guide you step by step into the freedom that is yours in Christ.

Let Me show you the path of life. Follow Me one step at a time. I will tell you what you need to know when you need to know it. I will provide what you need when you need it.

It’s okay to relax and let go of the grip you have on your life and fully surrender everything to Me.

Surrender is a beautiful thing. Losing your life is the only way to find it. Letting Me lead is the only way to get where you need to go. I know you better than you know yourself, beloved. I was there with you, loving you, before you even knew you needed to be loved.

I am not going anywhere. I will never leave you. I will never forsake you. Your heart is My home.
