– We live our lives naturally as though it’s “up to us”
– We sleepwalk through our days unaware of our union with God
God doesn’t put His call on your life (start a business, start a nonprofit, write a book, write a movie, etc) and then turn around, walk away, and expect you to do it. No! He plans to do the work through you. He places His call on your life to demonstrate His union with you and glorify Himself through you.
It’s not about what you can do. It’s about His glory. He doesn’t need our talent – He needs us to be His temple – to get ourselves off of our own minds, to get out of the way so that He can shine through us!
