My Precious One,

I have been watching you and I am so proud of you!

I see your struggles and I want you to know that I am in the midst of every one of them. I know the pressures of life can make it difficult to abide in My presence. So make sure you are taking the time you need to refocus on My face, receive My indwelling strength, and flow with Holy Spirit, who is leading and guiding you step-by-step into the promised land. 

You are in the center of My will. You are engulfed in My Presence. Allow yourself to bathe in these truths right now.

Come closer, My child. Release the weight of things that you have been carrying. Let Me do the heavy lifting. You aren’t designed for self-care. You were created for My pleasure. And, what I love is taking care of you. I made you to travel light. I am your Resource – your Inexhaustible Supply. I am always available. It’s simply a matter of turning your attention on Me and My Presence. You will get better and better at this as you continue to practice.

Learning to be aware of My presence, connect to My voice, and be led by Me in everything that you are doing is what you’re learning in this season.

Remember My child, I’m the One that knows the plans I have for you. I’m the one who knows exactly how to get you from where you are to where we’re going. I am in the driver’s seat. The only thing you need to know is how to let Me lead. Let go of your need to drive and control things. I have countless ways of redirecting us, as many times as necessary, so that we stay on the road to Life. I have millions of ways to get you to your destiny. Stay encouraged, I know where I’m taking you. And, it’s way better than you’ve imagined. It’s also a lot different than you think. But don’t worry, you can trust Me. I’m an excellent driver. I’m better than the best you’ve known and I’m your biggest fan!

As you rest in Me, I will show you My map and go over the details of My blueprints. I’ll also teach you how to let the compass of My Spirit within be your guide. 

As we continue our journey together, if we encounter things that you don’t understand or you feel confused by, don’t worry, Dad’s behind the wheel. It’s ok to leave the confusing things to Me, trusting that I will work everything out for the best. It’s ok to be the child in this relationship and let Me surprise you with My goodness. Heaven on Earth is difficult to imagine when you’ve lived in a fallen world your whole life and the battle to believe is sometimes too great for you to do on your own. 

So, let Me surprise you, child! Aren’t surprises the stuff adventures are made of? I love the thrill of exploits with you!

In the meantime, sit back, relax, and enjoy the journey. Take a nap when you need to rest, trusting that I will awaken you and tell you what you need to know, just when you need to know it. Resting is always the best way to travel with Me.
