My Precious Child,

Yesterday is over and done. Whatever ‘mistakes’ you made, whatever regrets you are carrying, let them go. 

Don’t condemn yourself for the past. Condemnation has no place in my Kingdom. Your failures, mistakes, and even your sin do not define you. I do! I do not see you as the sins of your past. I see you in the future that I have planned for you. And by the way, your past is no surprise to Me. I have always known everything about you. And I promise, My grace is always sufficient, past, present, and future. 

Instead of looking at yesterday, look at Me! 

You will grow stronger in faith as your eyes get locked in and focused on Me and My unlimited grace, love, and patience. Stop focusing on your weakness, or for that matter, on anything that might take your attention off of Me. Navel-gazing at your mistakes from yesterday keeps you trapped in a reality that no longer exists. It keeps you in the delusion that you and I are somehow separate. 

Stop focusing on the past. It is a waste of time. Focus on the reality of Me and My never-ending, undying love for you! 

Keep your head up and keep moving forward, My beautiful one. Let the past go. Let the shame go. Keep your eyes focused on Me. Keep your eyes focused on your union with Me. Keep your eyes on the cross, where all of your mistakes were dealt with forever. 

Beloved, I’m not holding the past against you. Please don’t hold it against yourself.
