The final episode of “Drop the Charges,” examines the nature of human judgment. Humans are story-telling, meaning-making machines. We ascribe meaning to things based on our past experiences, usually steeped in the illusion of separation from God, rendering our perception and judgment imperfect and untrustworthy.
That is why the Gospel is “foolish” to our human minds. The Gospel message that all of the accusations and judgments we have against ourselves and others were absorbed into Jesus, healing our separation from God, that He died once for ALL, no longer counting men’s sins against them, simply blows our logical circuitry.
God is the only one who judges justly, so we must drop our relationship to our own understanding and judgment, transcend the paradigm and programming of this world’s system, and step into the Spirit so we can be led by the Spirit.
