My Precious Child,

Sometimes, the world inside you feels like a tangled mess – so many thoughts, reactions, emotions, and moods swirling around. 

It’s confusing, trying to make sense of what’s going on inside. You wonder, “What the heck?” – echoing the heart-to-heart  David had with himself, “Why are you downcast, O my soul? Why so disturbed within me?” What a relief it is to know that others can’t hear your thoughts – after all, some of them surprise even you. LOL. But, I not only know every thought that crosses your mind, I also completely understand where they come from. Your shifting moods and emotions do not unsettle Me.

I am intimately acquainted with the inner turmoil that confuses and often frustrates you. I live inside of you, child, and am acquainted with all of your ways.

I am a safe place for you. Like any good Father, Friend, or Therapist, I am a safe place to process your inner world. You don’t have to be ashamed or feel afraid to share anything with Me – I already know it anyway. But here’s something that might surprise you: My opinion of you is not based on the things you’re ashamed to admit, even to yourself.

I base My opinion on who you really are – who you are in Me, even if you are convinced of it yet.

Some people, even those who claim to speak for Me, portray Me as sin-focused, always highlighting what’s wrong with you and your actions. They believe My Spirit is constantly convicting people of their sins. However, beloved, that is far from how I operate. Contrary to being sin-focused, I am the epitome of positivity, love, and acceptance. I am your Papa, Savior, and Friend, the most loving person you’ll ever encounter.

The law, which cultivates a consciousness of sin, was delivered through Moses. However, through My Son, I have unveiled My true nature as both Grace and Truth. 

This is why My Holy Spirit is heralded as the Spirit of Grace and the Spirit of Truth. As your Father, it brings Me immense joy to guide you out of the shadows cast by lies that have trapped you in a false sense of self into the glorious freedom that comes with our union. My grace is not just enough; it flourishes in your vulnerability. The idea that you have to hide from Me because of sin, is a profound misconception, one that Adam and Eve fell into when sin-consciousness took hold of them. 

Oh, how I long to lift you above focusing on your faults. Dwelling on them doesn’t fix anything; it just makes them seem bigger. 

If you really want to understand yourself, why you think, feel, and act the way you do, come to Me. Ask Me. I love self-reflection. Engaging in self-reflection with Me is a game-changer. I’ll take you to the mirror, which is Christ, and show you your true self until you can see it too. I’ll help you see that the thoughts, feelings, and actions that cause you trouble and pain are rooted in the false belief that you’re separated from Me.

Let me help you adopt My perspective, to discard the lies you’ve believed about yourself and embrace the truth.

Understanding yourself as I see you is crucial. Sin isn’t merely a behavioral issue – it’s an identity crisis. Efforts to change behavior through condemnation, punishment, or concealment are futile and often worsen the problem. This is a dilemma the law could never resolve; it merely highlighted the issue without offering a solution.

But Hallelujah! My Son set you free from the law by fulfilling it! You are free, child! Absolutely free! 

The only thing left for you to do is to recognize this freedom. And that’s where I come in. It’s the role of My Spirit to assist, teach, and guide you into all truth. You aren’t expected to change yourself – what would be the purpose of grace if that were the case? It is the truth that you come to know which sets you free. My grace accomplishes what is impossible for you. 

So, when you find yourself struggling to understand, don’t lean on your own understanding. Ask Me for help. I’m here, I’m safe, and I delight in helping you discover the truth about everything, especially you!
